Here’s how to do a Full Natarajasana (Dancer’s Pose)
-Stand tall in Tadasana (Mountain Pose). Shift weight onto your left leg.
Bend your right knee and grab your right ankle. Inhale, lift your left arm forward and up. Exhale, kick your right leg back. Beginner in second image.
