On tribal lands, passports and certified birth certificates are not easy to access.
Tribal IDs often will not qualify under SAVE rules. Long travel distances, nontraditional addresses, limited offices.
Republicans are hard-wiring Native disenfranchisement into federal law.

So disappointed. When I saw the trees coming out, I was hoping they'd be dancing at some point in the performance. I read later it was because they were only allowed a limited number of carts on the field.
