i haven't really contributed much in terms of lyrics for unbeatable except for this one special song, in a freak accident, i forgot some were *already written* beforehand and threw in my own in a fit of forgetfulness. i feel so blessed that i get to work with people that managed to help make it work

Artists, send invoices. That way, no one has to say what the money is for on Paypal's paper trail.

a vibe i do want to give off, though, is that i've gotten a couple grains from the sands of time. just through the nature of my profession i've gained some wisdom i very much enjoy sharing with others, especially to people just getting into music

i don't run into this problem as often, but i do try to shut down any special treatment i get in a community space or dms from fans when it happens. i genuinely prefer being treated like Just A Guy who's simply doing his job

been thinking about this a lot but I genuinely think one of the best ways to combat parasocial behavior from fans of you / your work is to ultimately break down those walls and avoid mystifying yourself. the more you just come off as some random person with your own life / boundaries the better
