I tried that protein Mac & cheese (Goodles I think? Too lazy to look at the box in the trash lol) and it’s ok? I got full faster, but personally if I’m going to make m&c, it’ll be Velveeta shells bc it’s creamier & cheaper (that’s what she said 😂)

Ronnie is finally taking Freddie to the vet tomorrow for a checkup bc we’ve majorly procrastinated on it 😬…we got him from the shelter almost 3 years ago & took him at 5 months when he had worms 😂, but that’s it. I’m sure he’s fine but whoops we’re lazy cat parents 🙃

A twinge of sadness as I put some of my son’s toys in the car to donate but I have to remember that he hardly played with them anymore & now has room for new toys. 🥲

Also I was busy cleaning & didn’t notice my son woke up during nap, checked him & he had peed so much his pull-up leaked so I had to clean up him & his bed, figured he wouldn’t be able to fall back asleep…but he did 💃🏼

On another random note, damn it I love lemon flavored cookies. I just had some Girl Scout ones, which are good, but I want to try to make soft lemon/sugar cookies at home sometime soon.

I got a mani this time & chose a super sheer polish so it won’t be as noticeable or bothersome when it starts chipping. I really just like the pampering & cleaning up my cuticles.

Since I’m only getting manis/pedis every few months now (I’d get into 2 week cycles when I worked), I’m splurging a tiny bit extra & getting them done at spas now. Just reg polish (I hated how gel & dip tore up my nails) , not being pushed for extra add-ons, it’s quiet & smells good…yes please

I feel like I’m constantly trimming my son’s finger and toe nails and they keep growing so fast 🙃 and baby/toddler toenails are so thin and bendy so it’s tricky, and he hates sitting still to get them done so it’s just an annoying experience for both of us lol

Day 4 of being iced in so I was trying to deep clean some stubborn spots on a sink, didn’t wear a mask so I deeply inhaled the chemicals so now I have a headache & that’s what I get for trying to be productive 😂 (thankfully I think we can get out after temps rise this afternoon 🤞)
