— Cut down unnecessary fields
— Explained why each field was needed
— Built trust through transparency

Step 3 – Fix frustration:
— Rewrote error messages to be clear + human
— Made errors visible on-page

Evenings turned into late-night work sessions — completely against my nature (I’ve had a hard stop at 7pm ever since high school). But hey, we made it.

Now I’m ready to settle into a new routine — and maybe hear myself think again 😉 (once the younger one starts nursery next week, that is)

Back-to-school day for my older son today 🎒 and honestly… I couldn’t be happier!

We survived our very first summer with kids and I somehow managed to deliver 3 major projects while spending as much time as possible with the kids. I don’t remember feeling this all over the place in a looooong time 🤯

Now however I do have phone calls with potential clients all the time and, while I still get like 5% nervous because I'm an introvert, I'm mostly fine and it feels like part of the routine (and I definitely no longer need the bathroom before a call! 😅)

Getting out of your comfort zone is SCARY 👻

I remember the first time I had a phone call with a perspective client I was LITERALLY having a stroke 😱😱😱 (ask my boyfriend, he witnessed the whole scene...)

🙈 Not to mention that I literally had to go to the bathroom like 3 times beforehand!

I have analysed thousands and thousands of product pages and I can tell you from experience that 99% of your visitors that land on a product page will browse the product images.
