Housing foreclosures are up 17% over a year ago (some sources say 20%). 30-, 60-, and 90-day mortgage default rates are soaring. Auto repossessions are at their highest since 2008, up over 43% over the past two years.

Insurance premiums are expected to rise 30 to 70%.

But the economy is great

Residential foreclosure activity is up 17% in a year, pointing to rising distress among mortgage borrowers

US foreclosure filings rose to over 101,000 last quarter. Inflation, a slowing job market, and high costs of homeownership have weighed on borrowers.

RFK JR: There are many other confirmations -- there are two studies that show children who are circumcised early have double the rate of autism. It’s highly likely because they are given Tylenol

Even though New York, Washington, Colorado, and Maryland can’t redistrict in time for 2026 — they need to be laying the groundwork to draw new maps for ‘28.

SCOTUS could give the GOP up to 19 new seats by striking down the VRA. We can’t be caught off guard. We need to be ready to cancel them out.
