If I take the opportunity to move to a new home, I think I want a duplex and rent out the other side below market value and eventually have a life partner living on the other side.

Like. I get the housing pricing-issue is from us not building enough or dense enough yet AirBNB are not helping at all.
That should be a home, not a wealth builder. Plus the sidewalks are likely going to be snow filled more often.

For clarity, I was doing dishes at the time when he asked for help to get a ball from under the couch.
I provided him with a flashlight, yard stick and an opportunity to succeed on his own. He was successful many times over.

You can be successful, extraordinary, and achieve greatness if you don't subscribe to how they measure success. Little clue, that measurement allows them to exploit your efforts.

I wish I could have gone. I would have been late getting there, struggled to find the group and ultimately sore throat this morning told me I did the right thing and stayed home.

Today the movers are going to be taking most of the furniture. I'm sitting here on one of the few pieces I get to keep (because it's broken). Drinking coffee, making a list, open heart and excitement for the possibilities for the future.

The photosynthesis process stops rather quickly after harvest. Yet, the cells continue through respiration which includes converting stored energy into a useful form.

I decided just past the point of blanching if your are boiling it. Fork tender in the oven or microwave. It's still alive on your fork raw in a pasta salad or leafy salad.

I'm allowed to take my 2-year-old child on the bus, yet in a motor vehicle, I need a car seat.
Don't get me wrong. Love me a car seat. I don't understand the physics of why it's not needed in a bus? Why aren't seat belts for adults needed in a bus?
