I've been studying discussions surrounding weaponized therapy speak, and while I feel like I've been pretty authentic in my peer relations (i think?), Oh god have I been weaponizing the fuck out of it against myself. oaghhhhhhhhhhhh

It's hard to turn Al work brain off sometimes and just be Vel.

I spent a lot of time this surprise extended weekend recontextualizing what " Me " time looks like, and while I still have a lot to explore and improve on, I'm pretty happy with my results so far.

It feels silly being proud of " went to x thing by myself and had a nice time " but eh. Baby steps.

Man why can't I have the freaky dreams where like I'm in a improper arrangement with a big derg man or a skullface demon? instead, I get " your work and school have both decided they hate you and are going to beat you up " dreams.
