One of our favourite quick midweek meals is Greek flatbread covered with hummus, topped with fried veg (red onion, yellow bell pepper, courgette) and Vivera kebab, a few rocket leaves and tahini. Delicious, nutritious and no body was harmed 🌻💚

Tried this THIS chickpea tofu for the first time tonight and we're pleasantly surprised. Sliced and air-fried for a few minutes it was delicious with black bean chilli, quinoa and broccoli

This is a great vegan turkey recipe for Christmas or Thanksgiving. I use 400g of tofu instead of chickpeas, and add a teaspoon of sage. They'll go in the freezer then I'll baste and roast when needed. Delicious, nutritious, and no body was harmed 🦃🌻💚
