Pssst a tip for bluesky #cosplayers that I found helpful:

In the alt text of your posts, include the name of the show/game/book, the character, and the word cosplay. That way, when people search something like “hazbin hotel cosplay” it will come up in the search results. Hashtags don’t come up—

1) 99.99999% of artists/writers/actors/creative people in general don't make anywhere NEAR as much money as most people think we do. The vast majority of us are making well below a living wage from our work.

2) Follower count does not translate into sales. You'd think it would, but it just doesn't.
