Here's the annual reminder: DON'T STRESS 'bout wine for the Thanksgiving meal. Pair the wine with the PEOPLE, not the food. Open a bunch of things you think people will enjoy drinking. Full stop. Trying to "pair" wines with the maelstrom of this meal's flavors is a fool's errand.
