I have to agree. You don't owe him any attention between coordinating logistics and confirming them.
If he expects you to provide a heartbeat response then he at least needs to send a heartbeat transmission himself first, not expect you to read his mind.

I tour often but even for me now it's why I only schedule tours around prebookings with super reliable clients, personal travel desire, or a combination of those plus more work-adjacent reasons that I'm able to turn into a tour.

Yeah, I just think it's worth pointing out willingness to screen is downstream of these issues, not upstream of them.
Like, a decrim legal regime doesn't magically change how men police other men's desires, and so a stigmatized desire will effectively still be culturally outlawed if not legally so.
