That said, charisma is a learnable skill, and meeting new people when you're genuine in your approach can be easy if you're also comfortable letting expectations of what may come of it go.

I have to agree. You don't owe him any attention between coordinating logistics and confirming them.
If he expects you to provide a heartbeat response then he at least needs to send a heartbeat transmission himself first, not expect you to read his mind.

The only thing I didn't relate to is her *STOMP STOMP STOMP* biological clock, and to this day still insist that my lack of that particular concern is one of the best parts of being a trans woman. 🤣
