10 yrs ago I realised what we do to animals is wrong & I switched animal parts that I was consuming (not just food) with non-animal parts. 4 yrs ago I went on a diet to lose weight, but now I'm practicing an ethical position, I'm not on a diet, I'm vegan.

I eat a balanced diet, and I'm vegan.
The balance comes from the nutrients we get, not from the ingredients. And there's no shame in taking a multisupplement to increase the balance, any other diet already includes supplements to be balanced anyway, I just put the capsule in my mouth directly.

I can't wait for lab-grown meat to be wide-spread, and I'm #vegan.
Not for me, I'm fine without, I have animal liberation on my mind, and take cultivated meat to be an important intermediary step towards that goal. I also might try if it's truly exploitation-free.

Words matter; indeed, the biggest threat to animals are the words that we use. Speciesist language shapes bias & reinforces the denial of animal personhood. If artificial entities can have legal personhood, so can animals, who actually possess the breath of life.

The obvious truth is that we MUST grant rights to animals. It's so obvious when we witness the abuse of dogs, and it should be much more obvious to us that we should grant rights to farmed animals - and stop exploiting and slaughtering them.
