I stopped eating animals at age 12 when my brother told me "meat" was a dead animal. At age 21, I was handed a magazine from The American Vegan Society. I read it, specifically about the horror/cruelty of the dairy industry, & became vegan at once, every minute of every day, for all of my days.

Israel is more of a terrorist state & murderers than any country on Earth. My last name is Katz. I'm born to Jewish parents, Zionists in fact. I don't support Israel's war crimes, starving a population, murdering over 20,000 children & many civilians. Some of those people are innocent & not Hamas.

All humans are animals. Fact. Also, we should not treat other animals horrible, so that people can say "they're animals" in a derogatory way. We should treat ALL others the way we would want to be treated.

Vegans don't usually shop for dogs by breed, and definitely don't support breeding at all. Vegans rescue dogs from shelters or from a bad situation; and breed has little to do with it.

My life serves as living proof that humans can live a #vegan life, long-term, be healthy & more important - be nonviolent & show basic decency to all others; human & nonhuman. The best part of aging is more years of living #veganism, #AnimalRights & #nonviolence. Vegan living extends beyond diet.
