Menphina's mark being by Haurchefant's grave made me so sad when my bestie and I were doing the whole in-game marriage pilgrimage thing years ago... Like whaddahell.... Of all the Twelve.....

I like to think he follows along with the MSQ, so his gear would change and have some different text bubbles with each expansion (not per patch, that'd be way too much side dialogue). [3/3]

He might not be interactable, but he'll linger longer, maybe even sit down. And before he fully despawns while walking away, he puts a hand on the stone with Menphina's symbol on it.

Not to be predictable, but Vlin would likely be around Ishgard. Maybe the gazebo by House Fortemps or the Forgotten Knight.

Though I think it'd be interesting if he could be a rare chance NPC by Haurche's grave... Maybe instead of/with Francel, he'd leave a flower by his grave.
