And a lil comparison. I think I exaggerated the movement a bit more than I should, so it looks a little funny since the game isn't That Animated with facial expressions most of the time, but! It's something!

I'm happy I took the time to make Vlin's face scales actually 3D and not just a texture a while back. No more of his facial hair going over his jaw scales, and a lil bump on the tips of his ears.
I dunno if I'd ever make his nose scales 3D eventually, but those two parts are what mattered the most.

Surprised that grabbing the environment here wasn't that bad even while I was running around to fight. But I guess it's smaller compared to Living Memory, where I was trying to get One Object and it took ages. Or Meddle improved a lot since then.

Seemed to rotate bones wrong and moved them away. Possible I did smth wrong, that there's a diff process for exporting/importing, or that expressions weren't planned since that's not as modded compared to your typical anim mod that's more on body movement.

Making the eye lids work was scary bc I was squinting at an unfamiliar file type and graphs, but it wasn't so bad.
I guess my next step for learning's making the expression use a unique path so it doesn't mess with other emotes.
