I suspect what's happening is that the ingest server (this is speculation) decides that the transcoding server you're currently on is inadequate for whatever reason (the same way the old "auto" option would just pick a server based on CURRENT speed, not actual quality) and switches.

So our internet's still down and we don't know when it's going to be fixed. Google says the soonest is tonight, but it likely it won't be fixed until tomorrow.

Looks like someone cut a line (we still dunno if it was intentional). I'm more inclined to assume incompetence or ignorance before malice.

Gameplay changes:

Armor orbs have been added.
Health and Rage orbs should last longer before expiring now.
Health orbs now stack to 200 instead of 150.
Health orbs now provide a small amount of Unmaker ammo.

Also the Spider Cerebrator now looks significantly different to the Mastermind.

Armory changes (cont):

Veteran Carbine is faster and more accurate.
Heavy Mortar grenades are now lighter and easier to aim. They should also have less spread.
Rocket Launcher Altfire Smart rockets can no longer damage the player under any circumstances.
The second punch with the fist is stronger.

Armory changes:

Bullet and shell weapons have been reworked across the board. Theoretically they should do around the same damage as projectiles.
Shotgun flashlight has been replaced with a grenade launcher.
Chaingun flashlight has been replaced with cluster rockets.
Plasma Rifle primary is faster.

Bestiary changes:

Lost Souls, Arachnotrons, Barons of Hell, Hellknights, and Nightmare Imps now have less health.
Arachnotrons and Archviles now have melee patterns.
Arachnotrons move faster.
The Spider Mastermind magic sequence has been reworked. Fun :tm:
Spectres now fade upon death.

Highlights:

The Push Forward system now features armor orbs!
All player hitscan weapons now use fast projectiles!
Several minor behavior bugs have been fixed.
Spectres are even cooler
Being enraged lasts longer and now has a colormap!
General balance changes.
Most props have no collision now!
