Conservative media today is doubling down on their attempts to blame shift the murderous actions of DHS agents in Minneapolis. Don't let them succeed. Call your Congress person and demand they vote no on the DHS funding bill. Trump's secret police have to be abolished.

Any government that can kill it's citizens for no other reason than the government "feeling scared" is not a democracy. If protest is always labeled as domestic terrorism, then all citizens have a democratic duty to peacefully protest to expose those truths of the failings of their government.

I had been a Washington Post subscriber, but their hard right turn and support for Trump's authoritarianism led me to cancel today. No country should be using force against another; Trump and Putin are trying to divvy up the world's resources and we've already seen where those efforts lead. 😢
