1) Isn’t it interesting that Congressional Rs thought that is was a grand idea to question Jack Smith primarily to whine about their toll records being subpoenaed and how unfair it was to not accommodate the defendant because he had so many concurrent trials in different states.

Laughing because of the number of times jack smith is reminding the republicans that he was working at The Hague. How sad for them to have those credentials repeatedly thrown in their face.

It’s pretty clear why congress wanted to depose Jack Smith. And it has nothing to do to do with wanting to know about the strength of the case. Going into hour 4 and they’re still asking about phone records.

Precisely.
Wealth isn’t inherently bad. I grew up in poverty, I don’t wish it on anyone.
What I take issue with is people going bankrupt if they get sick and folks sleeping on the streets while the ultra wealthy could pay their fair share to eliminate those conditions.

Husband went to lunch with colleagues. Many happen to be MAGA…who were up in arms over their healthcare tripling — among other financial things. Yet, they failed to connect WHY their healthcare is going up.

Not an economist — we are in a recession. The current record layoffs, non-hiring, food lines and etc will get worse. We are well on our way to a depression. But what do I know? I’ve only read history, and spoken to family who lived through it. I’m not an actual business man.
