Through this ability, they will be able to influence who wins in these conflicts and who loses and how peace is maintained. While we're talking about the current war, this ability, this capacity is something that I think the EU is going to need to deal with and struggle

there will be an interesting period where Europe, for the first time since the EU has been together, will actually have major defense capability in terms of being able to provide weapons around the world. This is something that Europe and the European project is not used to.
