Just to get ahead of it: I have adhd. I’m also an adult and am able to sit in some mildly uncomfortable feelings for one hour a week! This is a skills issue! I am starting to think that we actually don’t have an attention economy, we have a numbing economy and people are using content as Valium

i don't really believe that micronutrients are real i don't think your potassium levels important enough to be worth the hassle. the only two exceptions (that imo aren't even really micronutrients) are fibre and microplastics. as long as you keep those two sufficiently high you're good
