Yet again, #WASPI has held its nerve and, virtually at the steps of the court, the Govt has backed down, accepting its decision simply cannot withstand scrutiny. As a result there is no requirement for a hearing today, and no Judicial Review on 9/10 December. Details here: https://ow.ly/nLM650XBelr

It was only the #WASPI legal action which brought the correct evidence to the DWP Secretary of State’s attention and forced him to reconsider the decision not to award compensation. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our legal fund to enable this to happen. #NotGoingAway
