The switchboard hold the Amethyst SARC Crisis Worker rota and their phone numbers so if you contact the switchboard, you can request to speak to a member of the Amethyst SARC team and be put through to a member of the team.

One of our lovely London Marathon 2026 runners, Shelley, is a saddler and leatherworker in the TV and film industry.

To fundraise for her London Marathon place, she is hosting a series of workshops across Wales where you can learn to make your very own medieval leather drinking flask.

Today, the UK Government have implemented new rules which block the police from requesting counselling notes during rape and sexual assault investigations.

Welsh Women's Aid have campaigned against these violations and we are pleased to see the change.
