Corner crossing will not have its day in the U.S. Supreme Court. The Supreme Court justices announced today it will not hear the Wyoming case, which has broad impacts for public land access across the West.
U.S. Supreme Court denies taking on corner crossing case
That means stepping over private land access public land remains legal in some states, including Wyoming, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.

The votes are in... OVER 99% of commenters oppose rescinding the 2001 Roadless Rule.

The rule currently protects over 50 million acres of national forest in the U.S. The Trump admin is planning to ax it.

Interior Sec Doug Burgum announced that he plans to rescind the Public Lands Rule, a 2024 BLM rule that included conservation as one of the multiple uses of public lands, alongside ranching, mining, and oil drilling.
