WMF was driving around Point Reyes last night looking for a good spot to see the Aurora Borealis. When we parked the car and got out, we saw some eyes on the other side of the fence. It turned out to be a coyote and a badger. I’m guessing they were hunting together? Or maybe just having a visit.

If you get a chance, hustle outside to catch the Aurora Borealis over West Marin tonight. You can see the purple glow with the naked eye, but the iPhone really captures it.

Wind gusts over 40mph and almost an inch of rain. The storm delivered and the super high tides this morning tested out all those newly repaired docks on Tomales Bay.
