Turns out the difficult part when making filo pastry parcels filled with mushrooms is not handling the pastry but securing the parcels with chives.

If it weren't so annoying, it would almost be fascinating how, once one cause for worry has left the stage, my anxiety keeps finding new things to latch onto and gorge itself on.

My dad just got a big translation job for the first time in 3 years, which is good because 1. has money to live on and 2. maybe companies are realising paying someone to cross-check shitty machine translations takes longer than just getting a good translator to do it in the first place. Maybe?

Ich versuche gerade ein uraltes GMX-Konto zu löschen, auf das ich keinen Zugriff mehr habe, weil es GMX (ich weiß nicht wann) aus 'Sicherheitsgründen' gesperrt hat. Der Email-Kundendienst scheint nur leider nicht in der Lage dazu zu sein, zu lesen was man ihm schreibt. Na super.

To anyone out there struggling with the idea of Christmas approaching because they've recently lost a loved one: you're not alone. I know it hurts as hell. Hang in there. If you can, try to do what makes you feel at least a weany bit better, if only for a moment. Most important: be kind to yourself.

Es wäre ganz toll, wenn Ihr das auf allen möglichen Plattformen teilen könntet. Die Pflegestelle ist in Leipzig. Meine Nichte hatte neben ihrem Hund 3 Pflegehunde. 2 sind vermittelt. Sie hat schon einen neuen Hund im Blick, aber ihre Kräfte sind endlich. Die Vermittlung von Dani würde echt helfen.🙏👇
