For the #BlueskyArtShow, a St.Patrick’s Day t-shirt design I made in 2023 when I was obsessed with the #glow lightbrush in #procreate. Tbh I’m still obsessed with it.

It is! He did the book and then the app. I had the app for a while but found I was never using it. I think it’s still on my phone. I’ll have to open it up and look for this one you’re talking about. 🥰

It really is. For years I’ve looked for the proper words to describe the terror of living like this but I’ve learned that no one understands till they’ve experienced it. EMDR therapy with a licensed practitioner helped me a lot as well as the book DARE by Barry McDonagh but I still have to take meds

Just came here to say that you are not alone and if you ever need a shoulder I’m happy to be one. Panic disorder/generalized anxiety and depression have been my roommates for way too long but I’m happy to share any tips I’ve learned that make living with them easier. Hugs.
