Magnesium also acts as antithesis to calcium, which causes muscle contraction and that could translate into cramps during exercise. Magnesium relaxes the muscle fibers thereby balancing muscle movement.

It's still a red light so you are still required to stop before the crosswalk, check to see if the lane and crosswalk are unoccupied (turning from curb lane into curb lane) then proceeding when it is. It's not just blaze through the intersection 🤦🏻‍♀️
