Regarding the Football Associations stance on Trans Women in the Women’s Game

I by no means profess to be an expert in any area, especially around the hormones of trans people but why is the criteria so strict for trans women and not trans men?

Surely it would be equal and inclusive of them to either test both or better, none.

How can they say this while simultaneously discriminating against one of the must vulnerable groups in our society.

This is the difference in the eligibilty criteria for trans and non binary people in the respective games:

The Football Association needs to immediately reverse its decision on banning trans women from playing women’s football and apologise for its actions.

This is the opening statement in The FA’s Inclusion Policy:

Trans women are women, trans men are men, non-binary people are awesome and should all have the right to play the game you love ‍ 🏳️‍⚧️🌈❤

As a slightly older young adult with the power of hindsight, the stuff my generation was able to access
online from about 11+ has no doubt caused issues for us later on in life. Images you can’t unsee, cyber bullying etc
