I’ve done the whole pathway through adding more speakers to rig. Height channels very very rarely come into play, rarely do movies utilize it or honestly need it. 5.1 is correct for almost everything, 3.1 already does most.

Watching Juror #2 and immediately clocking it was shot on the Alexa 35 by looking at a lightbulb in frame. OoooUUUUuu that’s a handsome sensor. Good looking movie.
