When the Me & U video dropped years ago, my older cousin knew right THEN that Cassie was in deep trouble.
I wasn’t quite old enough to get it but my cousin couldn’t believe how young she was.
Cassie was preyed upon & in danger from the moment they met. What are y’all even talking about??

The problem is society has gotten used to Black women being silently abused so they don’t have to pretend to care. Now that we are speaking up about abuse and torture everyone has something to say. Including Black men and self hating Black women. We are not machines. We are not Immune to pain

I just saw a video of a group of teen boys standing outside.
A man walked past with a bag of wingstop. One of the boys ran up behind him, snatched his bag of food, and took off running.

Applied to and was awarded ANOTHER grant for my dancers! That’s two this year! Any time I see free money that can go toward building this dance program, I’m applying! 🙂↕️
