Unsafe stop. Placed themselves in front of the vehicle, which is not appropriate. Display of weapons is excessive force. Removal from her vehicle is excessive force. Unlawful detention. Their excuse of a federal investigation is without substance.

He’s the same person a judge in Chicago determined had testified untruthfully.

This is shameful behavior by the person who is part of ICE. I do not consider any member of ICE as law-enforcement because law-enforcement relies on trust built with a community and law-enforcement polices with permission of the public.

Defense attorneys are advocates ensuring due process is offered to all of us who may be facing potential criminal liability. They have taken an oath to ethically serve within the criminal justice system.

He is a 34 time convicted felon, he was found in a civil proceeding to have assaulted a female. If there is nothing else, this is more than sufficient to demonstrate his lack of character, integrity, and fitness for office.

I would believe the success of MPD in seizing guns and not having to use deadly force on anyone is due to the fact they are law-enforcement officers who have been trained to work with the people in making the community safe. Ice does not work with a community to make anyone safe.

“U.S. District Judge Sara Ellis found that Bovino was "not credible" and was "outright lying" at times during his testimony” in November 2025 court proceedings. He and ICE/DHS have no credibility or integrity.

Within a three day period I was in the crosswalk lines at two intersections and cars failed to yield and drove in front of me through the marked lines.

The use of a chemical irritant when the person was detained on the ground, even if not handcuffed, is an excessive use of force. It’s also a criminal violation of Battery.

Bonuses for reaching a quota, or for arresting people who are citizens or documented is antithetical to law-enforcement principles. The use of excessive force on persons and the unnecessary damaging of private property is contrary to the oath of all law enforcement officers.

That person cannot also comprehend that people dislike what he’s doing to this country and to the people who reside here and to the rest of the world.

When you violate peoples constitutional and civil rights and use excessive force to do so you’re not protecting the United States.

This is not ‘law enforcement’ as practiced by professional officers. This is a group of illegitimate persons acting as thugs who would not pass a background check for a municipal, county or state law enforcement agency.

Do not forget that Mr. Bovino was found to have falsified a police report by a federal judge in Chicago. That should result in his termination immediately.
January 8, 2026 at 11:14 PM
Approximately a month to six weeks ago, Bovino was found to have falsified a report. That is typically grounds for removal of any sworn law enforcement officer, and that should be considered in this case.
