Trying a new thing of saying “I’m grateful to be here” when people ask me how I am this week has been eye opening. The absolute sighs of relief, dropping of masks and in the moment reframing has been telling. Nice how a little bit of perspective can change someone’s momentary feeling of overwhelm.

Gratitude really is a practice. Trying to commit to taking moments this week to practice. Also, pushing myself to do things that I enjoy and invest in myself. There’s so much more to life than what exists inside your own head.
