Prior to this year, I couldn't do a single pull-up: I've never been able to, even as a young, fit wuff pup
This year I started working on pull-up prep fitness, and was finally able to get (three) sets of one.
Today, I managed five reps in one set (then followed with two more sets of three)! ^_^

Whike doing deadlifts today, I tried out the hex bar for the first time. And holy heck, do I feel the difference!
Definitely not the same as barbell deadlifts, way more quads. But less stress on technique and the back.
I'll have to slot those into my rotation more.
