The Oregon national guard general says if the Oregon National guard were to be deployed they would be instructed under his leadership to protect the protesters not ICE.

Tina Kotek confronted Kristi Noem herself in person at the ICE facility in Portland and brought with her the Portland chief of police.

Who both told her that people have a right to demonstrate and the fact that the feds were present made things worse.

They can't come because the federal judge said NO state can come with there national guard.

They aren't coming because of the judge signing the order to blocked them before they got to the State.

California was there before the judge signed the restraining order which is why they are leaving now.
