So yes, this may be a subtle shameless plug, but honestly I'm surprised I have double digit views on this video. And the average watch time is longer than 30 seconds. The video did end up being about twice as long as intended, but it's a learning experience

So the image previews aren't going to be good, but im editing down the challenge run video (i had to take a couple days off for sanity's sake) and yeah, i apparently yap a lot. this is just the audio of the voiceover, i havent gotten to putting any clips over me talking yet.

I've learned that the only thing worse than YouTube for kids is your parents watching YouTube kids with their grandkids. And then they act surprised why I don't really want kids

I'm not too happy about the time change still, because I had to finish these after the sun went down. So from the halfway point, I had no idea what these actually looked like, but it looks like they turned out ok

So i had to take a couple days off to work on other things, but i have the main run recorded, and the script written. now i just have to wait until sunday to record the voiceover, and then edit the video down. the video release date is set (for now) for nov. 23. hopefully i can get it out on time

So apparently today is oshi day, so I at least wanted to take a second to say thanks to a few people that have been great encouragement. I'm not tagging them in this, but just wanted to leave a thread of thanks. Also, I don't remember the artists of the pics, they are just random ones from my phone

Got a few more paintings done today. I'm realizing that I need to be more patient between layers, and I might need to sand down my stencils to a flat edge to prevent some of the cutting. Also tested working with other materials, and I can both do stickers and canvas pieces

Just a sneak peek into the challenge video I'm doing, and the reasoning why I'm not too fond of banjo music at the moment. It took me about 5 and a half hours to hit this skip, so I'm just glad it's done at this point. #speedruns #slycooper

i think i might be ending my experiment of using linux as my main os. i just keep running into issues of wanting to work on a project, and the program i need either isnt compatible, or the linux version is completely broken. at least i can start with a clean version of windows 10

I finished this out a couple days ago, but forgot to post it. I really didn't want to pay multiple hundreds of dollars to replace my old bed, so I ended up building one for under 65 dollars. It's not perfect, but it'll last me for at least a while

So I think I'm starting to get better at the spray paint art. The reflection from the frame isn't helping, but I'm just glad to actually enjoy something I made

Update time: rendering a long cut of the full "challenge" run while I'm at work. Breaking it up into multiple parts for the vod channel, and the runtime is at 18 hours of raw footage. So I'm at 30+ hours of work on this video so far, and haven't edited or written the voiceover script yet🙃
So I totally didn't forget about this video idea, get discouraged because routing the challenge run was 75% done and already over 12 hours long, and then set it to the side for 5 months. Totally didn't forget🙃 now I just have to finish recording and writing the script
So I finally picked up the planning part of this video. I'm about 8 hours in, and about halfway done with the planning. At this rate, the actual run and editing the video will be the easy part

It's always a great feeling when you're a decent way into mapping out a route in a game to make a video out of, and then find out it already was turned into a speedrun.😭
At least there's only 2 runs of it, and it hasn't been touched in 2 years. Have a little hint as to what i may be doing.
