I’ve eroticized my Trump trauma.

The title pretty much says it. The first presidency was traumatic enough. Now with everything going on in the US, I think my brain literally cannot comprehend the magnitude of the situation, and so eroticized it as a coping mechanism. I know nobody will believe this, but I have to speak my truth. It all started 2 weeks ago, when I finally was able to download "johnny_GreenwoodSex.mp4" after 4 years of searching. As a straight person, I find gay porn more sexy than straight porn. I know this might be an unpopular opinion (for straight people at least), but I’ve always found gay porn more sexy than straight porn, and it’s not because I’m attracted to men—it’s more of a psychological thing. Keep in mind, no I am not gay, I absolutely want to have sex with women as a man and no, I am not bisexual either, I absolutely do not think about having sex with a man or even dating one, I'm just pointing out my preference in pornography.

For me, a big factor is that I know there’s no risk of pregnancy in gay porn. With straight porn, there's always that subconscious thought about pregnancy, which can somewhat distract from the scene. I get that it’s not a big deal in fantasy, but for some reason, it does affect my focus and enjoyment. With gay porn, it's just a pure turn-on, and the mental block of pregnancy doesn't even factor in.

I guess it's a psychological thing, but I wanted to throw this out there and see if anyone else feels the same way. Is this weird, or does anyone else experience something similar as a straight person?

Edit: In order to address the hundreds of comments that have been notifying me, there are other reasons why I choose gay porn and it also had to do with the fact that other options (lesbian pornography, straight anal sex, etc.) don't seem as appealing to me, especially since I tend to choose pornography that combines pleasure with authenticity while also having the factor of not having any potential risks of pregnancy.
