When it comes down to the Dantien, it is totally find to focus on the Dantiens in your mind. And I do think it’s okay to think of the crown chakra as a dantien that is above the third eye. Even though chi philosophy doesn’t mentions a crown chakra. But I prefer to do this in a seated meditation.

Here’s the problem about the freedom of religion… Most religious ppl in general don’t know what that means. They think it’s the freedom to oppress others in the name of religion and so they’re confused. Hey think they’re being oppressed so long as they’re not able to oppress others.

Am I Buddha? I won’t figure that out unless I meditate? So only action can tell. But to be truly free of ego is to be dead. To be Buddha is to meditate for a good ten minutes while not thinking. It’s okay if u have some thoughts, just keep them passive and obliterate them or meditate on them, u do u

U know as a kid I always wondered why the Matrix, and The Matrix Revolution were R rated movies. They didn’t seem that violent to me. They looked just about as violent as Old Yeller, a PG film. Now the Matrix Reloaded on the other hand has nudity in it, but it’s the only one.
