Also, even though Japan does not mandate certain vaccines, they are vaccinated at a very high rate. I would bet, however, if a disease makes a comeback in Japan, they'd do mandates.

The law to provide service in emergency rooms goes back to 1986, signed by Reagan. It saves American lives because hospitals can not refuse to help people who are unable to verify at that moment that they have health insurance. JD Vance knows this. Idiot.
