Gender-affirming care can be life-saving. The consequences of losing access to this care can be catastrophic.

The US Supreme Court’s decision to uphold Tennessee's ban on gender-affirming care for minors is harmful and potentially life-threatening.

To commemorate #TransDayOfVisibility we have released a map on legal gender recognition in Mexico.

22 (of 32) Mexican states have legislated to uphold this right for trans people. 8 states have no procedure at all.

Introducing Complexly United!

On March 24, 2025, the workers of Complexly, under the name “Complexly United,” won a landslide victory in their union election with the National Labor Relations Board. Over 95 percent of eligible workers voted in favor of the union.
Text reads "Complexly United" with "est 2025" and "CWA" as subheadings. The union's logo is in the shape of the letter U with a maze-like pattern inside, evoking Complexly's C-shaped maze logo. The background is dark blue and the logo is cyan, yellow, and magenta.

Hi all,

Thank you so much for helping to boost this post—I truly appreciate it. I also hear those who are disappointed that we’re currently seeking to speak only with youth. Our focus stems from the surge of laws specifically targeting people under 19.
