A couple of months before the Pandemic, I joined a class action lawsuit (with others and my insurance company) against a large chain of Dental Care outfits. They did thousands of dollars of shit I didn't need and did it criminally bad. So much so that it will require thousands to repair. 1/2

@devoncoffee.bsky.social has piqued my interest in this subject. I worked in and on electrical power generation for 15yrs. Long enough to realize that upscaling generation this fast isn't even remotely possible.

I'm not sure which part of me is more filled with white hot anger. There was unspoken bond between sailors on opposite sides of the Cold war. I would buy any Russian sailor a drink even today. We damn sure would have fished them out of the water. 1/2
