General findings from this little experiment of "dial back to Win10":
- overall backup process took 2 days
- overall restoration to have everything functioning took roughly 5 hours
- no prompts to dial forward to Win11 again, thank god
- overall OBS performance dropped from 10% on rest, to 6%
