In no particular order, I’m into punk rock, amateur boxing, leftism, nerd stuff, mortuary science & screaming in to the void. I may live in the Midwest, but the PNW will always be home. He/him/his P.S. Please pardon my typos.

I think what many of you need to understand is that if the Washington monument disappeared tomorrow I’d never know nor care and I bet over half the country wouldn’t either. Now their neighbours and friends being kidnapped… they’d care about that.
They should keep going. Tear the whole thing down. Fuck it.
I honestly don’t care if the entire White House is torn down with a backhoe. Having that be the big news story is just bananas.
Sprint intervals, abs and a slow run yesterday, couldn’t get to the gym for my normal workout today, so it was a weighted 3.5 mile run instead. #runsky #RunningPunks #AmateurBoxing
Looking for #DnD advice. I’m supposed to start running Mazfroth’s Mighty Digressions, but it’s not really put together well. Has anyone prepped this before? Any help is welcome!
It’s almost like they’re getting exactly what they voted for. Weird, huh?
Moving from the PNW to the Midwest was tough for many reasons, many of which could be alleviated by some mountains and proper evergreens.
Incredibly displeased with my performance this morning. I was slow, and I didn’t make this distance that I wanted to. I did radically change up my workout routine this week, and the weather has shifted, so maybe that’s it…? #RunSky #RunningPunks #AmateurBoxing
He should do it then. Just go ahead and have the gestapo arrest them. Film it and put it in the news. Do it or shut the fuck up about it.
Recover day walk through the woods. 2.5 miles, easy peasy. #RunSky #running #Sunday
Alright, on the mend. Hill sprints Thursday, weighted HIIT yesterday, 10k (a few feet shy because I can’t math) this morning. Not fast, but I pushed through and in feel good about it. #RunSky #RunningPunks #Weekend
It’s true that elected Democrats are not advocating for undocumented people to receive basic human rights like healthcare and food, and I think that part of their goddamn problem. #TrumpShutdown
A general strike would be exceedingly difficult for the vast majority of us just scrapping by to get through. A general work slow down, though? Workers still get paid, have plausible deniability, and it still hurts the oligarchs and others in that echelon.
It’s hard. Set whatever goal seems appropriate. Make an investment in some cold weather gear (this is hard too) and make the work part of your day. Your brain can make your body do it. Going with a friend is helpful as an ordeal is easier with a companion.
I’ve been sick AF for days, and I’ve missed 2 sparring days and an additional gym day. I did workout at home yesterday and it felt good, and then I felt even worse this AM. My brain needs the workout & I feel lazy. Anyway, here’s a pic from a run last weekend. #RunSky #RunningPunks #AmateurBoxing
Ever since I’ve moved to the Midwest and see the vast fields of corn that is not meant for human consumption and sweet beans that is meant almost exclusively for export, I’ve not understood why we should not be growing food to be consumed here by people living here.
I seem to recall Rush Limbaugh using this phrase a lot in the early days. (I grew up in that kind of home, and have spent years dealing with the damage).
My guess is that most of the US generals and admirals are not fucking morons are were absolutely smelling what Trump was stepping in. My hope is that these people have enough character and backbone to stand up and tell him “no.” I’m not optimistic, not even cautiously so, but I do hope.
Very different, even 25 years later.

I wanted to be. I would do a week or 2 @ a time when I could. It was hard to do more since I had to keep a job. I always had dreams of the PCT, and others, but life got in the way too often. I haven’t lived in the PNW for almost a decade, and miss it terribly.
A long time ago, I did a 40 day backpack trip through there. Lots of good memories. I know it’s been ravaged by fire quite a bit since, but I’d like to spend another week or two back there at some point.
