Can't see how this helps them much. The only wildcard is 01 and in this climate I'd bet $$$$ it stays blue. If I were 07, 09 and 15 I might sleep with one eye open just in case; +10 might not be the cushion they think it is.

So much of the downfall of our democracy is going to be Democrats thinking wrongly that 1/6 was the end of something—rather than the beginning. They bent over backward to reinforce “norms” with Biden in office, but failed to prioritize legal measures to crush or stymie the rise of authoritarianism.
