Unfortunately, the opposite no longer appears true: People now have fewer rights than corporations. I always wonder how much of our dystopia goes back to the gibberish of that famed suck-up to the 1%, Milton Friedman, & his nonsensical conflations of money & freedom as freedom for money alone.

So much radio news seems to follow the 5-paragraph high-school English essay pattern, with the 4th paragraph reserved for the counterpoint & the 5th with an upbeat lilt to affirm the statements of the opener. After a while, it becomes irritatingly repetitive to listen to.
