I've even seen the term "highly processed" thrown around, but again, what does this mean? Twice milled chocolate? White rice crackers (the rice is de-hulled, then milled to flour)?
All very well to say brown is better,but it actually has nothing to do with how processed it is (it's still processed!)

Paturisation, de-hulling, milling; even mixing ingredients together to cook or bake is processing.
Focusing critisism on "processed" foods is completly misdirected, and is frankly a cop-out from explaining proper causation of certain foods.

I'm interested by the term "processed food", because if you think about it, it just means something has been processed (duh), therefore pretty much everything we eat or drink is processed, unless you are on a raw diet (uncooked nuts, veges, seeds,meat). Once cooked, the ingredient is now processed.

Yeah, there's one there now that's $99, but I don't know what strains are good 😭 Emailed and getting the oil added to my prescription, and should show tomorrow, we'll see then! The 50/50 is very good value!

Another issue I have is getting to places to meet any cats. Most of them are in South Auckland, which is really weird... None nearby - so we'd have to get a taxi or bus or train far away in order to proceed 😭

I really want to get a new kitten, but it seems all the adoption places in Auckland have only a tiny number available, or none at all... Some ONLY have a Facebook page - wtf‽ (I don't have, nor want, a FB account).
I'm so upset, I really want a new familiar to help keep me company...

Very surprised not to see any news about last night's electrical storm.
I have never seen so much lighting in my life, I swear!
Came downstairs about 1:30-2am, and it was every second or two.
It was awesome (in the true definition of the word)!

Went to the park on Saturday to play some badminton.
In the tree next to us, a little tauhou/waxeye came to say hello. They seemed very interested in me (maybe the colours on my mask); it replied to me when I spoke to it, and it got closer, and closer, tilting its head to get a good look. Magical!

I swear real estate agents tell their clients to paint everything white and pull down their curtains before advertising; it's ridiculous.
