Feeling down: our landlord rescinded the permission for the outdoor cat shelter & ordered us to "stop feeding" the abandoned cats. Evidently there's a TON more cats in the other sections of the complex causing problems, including pissing/shitting in stairwells... (thrd cont in comments) #cats
