Magical accuracy isn't the goal. But if there is one thing that everyone should learn, it's how our facial features are defined by everything "AROUND" them.
My style may make this hard [to] realize, but when I'm drawing lips, I'm not drawing "lips" I'm drawing everything that's connected to those lips.
