Every time I get back into VF5 after playing Tekken for a bit I'm just amazed by the animation quality
Yesterday at work started reminiscing with a coworker how good Firefly was and I realized I hadn't watched it in like 20 years so of course I started a rewatch and boy that pilot episode is p e r f e c t.
Where's the season 3 of Kingdom though??? >:(
Didn't realize this until now but apparently director of this was one of the two directors of Kingdom season 2 and the other one (who was also the director Kingdom season 1) is going to be directing season 2 of Moving :P
That was great all the way. Outside of maybe the final confrontation, pacing was done really well and pretty much every episode just left me wanting to see more.
Virtua Fighter 5 REVO's World Stage update asked how pink I wanted to go. I said yes.
Had to try cosplaying Full Metal Schoolgirls' Akemi with Tekken's own robogirl
Banger indeed and I liked how they used it after the first run ^^
While this sucked it at least triggered me to explore more Japanese music and find some new favorites ^^
Haha, very understandable
Full Metal Schoolgirl is almost this 🥰
Ninja Gaiden 4 hard? Pfft 😤
It also gives you tips what you could do. Though I wish those tips were better as they are clearly very limited.
Yeah, SF4 was the one I had played previously as well 😁 I think in Tekken 8 after the arcade quest I was most interested in the replay feature where you can take control of the character anywhere in the match and then try different things to figure out how to deal with situations.
I personally prefer 3d fighting games but I have to mention that for solo content Street Fighter 6 is king.
Then of course regular arcade modes etc
I think so yeah, I also hadn't played fighting games in over a decade when I picked it up. For solo content it's decent. It has story campaign and then "arcade quest" where you go around arcades to get better. It serves as a long tutorial.
Thanks, I'll have to check out more then
And I think it's this kind of contrast that makes this show effective.
I'm not used to seeing kdrama with so much violence. Sure there's Squid Game, Kingdom, The Frog etc but I don't see them as typical kdramas. This one has like your basic lovey dovey stuff and then a bit later someone gets their face punched to bloody mess while camera is just focused on the face.
